How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Orders are processed after confirmation and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

📦 Outside Lahore: Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.
🏡 Remote Areas: Some locations may take longer depending on courier coverage and accessibility.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp where available.
⏱️ Delivery times are estimated and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on serving the fitness community within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
By focusing domestically, we can ensure faster delivery times and maintain our "Open Parcel Policy," giving you the peace of mind to check your gear before making the final payment.
If we expand to international shipping in the future, we will update our policies and announce it on our social media!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 3-day return and replacement policy on eligible items, subject to our terms and conditions.
Open Before Payment: You can inspect your parcel before payment where open-parcel service is available.
Check Before Assembly: If an item requires assembly, inspect it carefully before assembling. Once assembled, it is considered used and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or notice damage or a defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Need to See It First? You can request an actual/live video on WhatsApp before ordering.
🛡️ Open → Inspect → Confirm → Then Pay. Eligible returns and replacements are handled according to our 3-Day Return & Replacement Policy.
