Gymbros.pk Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Gymbrospk@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
